These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Terminalus application.

1. License

The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported devices.

2. Prohibited actions

The following is prohibited: decompilation, reverse engineering, unlawful use of the app, and infringement of third-party rights.

3. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

4. Subscription and payments

Payments are made through the App Store and are governed by Apple rules.

5. Changes to terms

These terms may be changed. Continued use of the app after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
